I was hoping for something like Cantor - Rubio. But Cantor started to sound like an idiot within 12 hours of the mid-term election, despite him sounding awesome before it.
I haven't heard Rubio speak since election night, so I haven't been burned on him yet.
I have no idea how Republicans will pull together the team that will get them the moderates they need and not alienate the base.
It would be nicer to have one that isn't an idiot.
The GOP can't run against health care with Romney on the top of the ticket. They might have something else to run against by then, but if they do, Romney still opens them up for the question of, if it was OK all along, why waste so much time and money fighting it in the first place? Why not? The GOP thought McCain/Palin was acceptable, how is this any different?
It was a joke okay? Yeesh ...is it "get your pot shots in today?"
Rubio, he will piss off the left as he wants people to work, not collect checks.

This presumes that the GOP is limited by considerations of fact, reason and logic. The GOP can't run against health care with Romney on the top of the ticket.
You said it, brother. Just two more years to go.
I think he's awesome and I'd love to see a race with him in it.
Mitt Romney is as awkward as John Kerry. It's like he's afraid real people have cooties. Of course they do, but don't show it on your face, man.
Sarah Palin is just...I can't understand that one at all. She's allergic to reality.

Right, yes. Or in this case, the anti-elephant in the room...And then there's the proverbial Elephant In The Room: Romney is a Mormon, and not just any Mormon but very high in their Council of Elrond (or whatever the fuck their heirarchy is called).
Conservative Christians will not vote for a Mormon. They will stay home. Period.
