We're having issues with my husband's insurance company. Basically, they sold us one product that was described on their website and materials, then pulled a switcharoo. I want to appeal their decision to provide the lower coverage, but I need proof.

I need to find the dental plan described on the insurance company's website in 2005, when we signed up for coverage.

Is this possible?

If so, how would I search for and find such a thing?

The only way that I can think of is if they had an outside source do the web design. If so, maybe if you can get in contact somehow, they might still have it some place. If it is an in house web design, might as well forget it. Does any of your original paper work that you have show anything that you can use? When you took your policy out, that was5 years ago. The way insurance companys have been changing their coverages and premiums the last couple years, unless you had something that was locked in for the duration of the contract, they can legally change the coverage, but you had to be notified first of the change
