I just saw this on the news a couple of minutes ago. The 9th Circuit Court just struck down a Arizona law that required voters who register to prove citizenship.

The court did say the potential voter must swear under the threat of perjury they are citizens and are allowed to vote. Perjury when you are breaking our laws every day you are in this country and even more if you have a job. PERJURY what a huge FUCKING threat!

By the way, chill the fuck out. People still have to show ID when they vote. And mail-in registration in Arizona already didn't require proof of citizenship, so not really much has changed. The ruling just said that you can't have one set of requirements for mail registration and a completely different set of requirements for other types of registration.

By the way, the decision did not "allow" people to register to vote without proof of citizenship. It just said that the National Voter Registration Act (which is federal) does not require it - and since that's the standard then it's the standard everywhere. Local jurisdictions cannot make their own registration requirements.

Your state either needs to declare its independence as a sovreign nation or stop trying to trump federal laws.

If you dont need photo ID the poll worker can let anyone use your vote then swear you already voted when you appear. But its safer to let you use a vote where the real voter hasnt voted in a while (probably dead). Dumocrats would never get votes if we used a photo ID with a barcode to record the vote.
