does anyone know of an alternative erotic art site?

I have been on Deviant Art. There are some beautiful images posted there, however it is FAR from "deviant". It seems that DA is way too restrictive about content and the conversation mechanism did not seem conducive.

Literotica is primarily about Erotic LITerature (duh). And the bulletin boards associated are either about writing (again duh) or, more likely, stupid politics and mostly cyber pick-ups. I dig browsing AmPics now and again, but that is another "animal".

Not too many people come up here to post or view or comment.

I have been downstairs and find most threads do not pique my interest.

I have made a few forays into advertising for this corner, but with only modest results.

I wish I knew of another site to tell you about, but alas, I don't. I've pretty much gone back to conventional artwork, erotic art like erotic lit. just got old.

Erotic art has not really "grown old" for me. I think it will always be part of me. The venue for sharing it has always been problematic.

Keep the faith, Throbbs. In today's social climate, too many of the people who would have normally, or even regularly, visit a site like this have gone "into hiding". You know what that's like for reasons of your own, memba?

I lurked in this site up and down for a while now, and the whole site is really quiet and tame compared to the times we enjoyed before. I even tried to pick a fight with some bullies in the GB, something that used to be really, really easy to do, and to know avail.

The site, like the country and even the rest of the planet, is in a down-tick right now. People like you and I are chomping at the bit for the times when this was so much more entertaining, as well as for the next big thing. You and I may not see those days in here again, but they will return. The threads in here will be like archaeological finds, and suddenly everything old will be new again.
