Yeah, there was that too. All joking and whatnot aside, I'm really happy to hear that you won't need a transplant at this point. The drugs might be a pain in the butt, but at least they're helping out. (Back to joking now.) The sex life will come back. And if it needs any help, just let me know.

Well, while that was the innuendo that I was going for, I am serious about the non-sexual meaning as well. It is tragic when you can't really do anything....it can be exhausting.
