If you are both going to follow up on such a fantasy, safety must come first. Know who you are asking to join you in this fantasy, or at best, know you do not place them in a position of advantage over both of you if something goes wrong; make sure you use condoms for everything icluding oral; and if everything does not go as hoped, be prepared to stop immediately. If there's a sex-friendly dungeon in your area, that's where I would set it up. You could have the added feature of a semi-public feeling-- an audience that could walk in on you at any time. (which makes for safety, as well as humiliation)
