Expecting the worst, I'm hoping for the best. Yet, in looking at all the teams in the NFL, there aren't any super team standouts this year. I'm waiting for one or two teams to step up and take over. Miami has a good time, a better team than the Patriots this year and they have better looking cheerleaders, too.

I've always said to myself, "Self a football team is only as good as it's cheerleaders."

You wouldn't by chance have a graphic of Miami's cheerleaders, would you? If you put them side by side with the Patriots' cheerleaders, it's like putting a photo of women who shop on Rodeo Drive and women who shop at Wal-Mart.

Lit doesn't expect "loyalty" and doesn't turn on you when you post at other sites or disagree publicly with its management. There are other parts of the bulletin boards beyond your itty bitty little set of interests, scurries. It just means that she's a regular at the Playground. Look around, you will eventually find it. It's one of those bastions of readers that have no clue who you are, along with the rest of the known universe.

Okay I found it! It’s hidden under LITEROTICA PERSONALS if anyone else is looking for it. Wasn’t sure what it was all about so I clicked open the one STICKY THREAD that was there. Moderated by someone called LadyG (surely not that lady g?). Looked okay until I scrolled down the sticky. Then I got to posts number 14, 15 and 16. Looks like they have the same problems every other forum has. Some real bitterness and anger.

I wonder how you could blame this one on little old me miss muffin?

And quite frankly it doesn’t look like a “bastion of readers”, more like a bastion of posters. So before you give me any more of your muffin attitude, please check before posting. ​

post 14 liz This is just my two cents....I think people that enjoy the playground venue appreciate 'manners'. I feel it's an unwritten rule that when we post our opinions on a topic and someone doesn't agree, hopefully you can 'agree to disagree' and move on so-to-speak.

For instance, on the General Board I expect to be called a "fat ugly cunt" if I post something that someone doesn't agree with (yes, this has happened. oh well ) But not here in the playground! One person can ruin a whole thread for several others...that has been very clear the last weeks/months...


Playgrounders....do we NOT want to raise the bar and have some stricter rules enforced? Even if it is just for us? There are good and decent people that are leaving because of all this shitty drama.

Post #16Ex Mod I have returned to Lit to simply respond to the above two posts (I was alerted to them by a friend who saw them)

In my very short "tenure" as a mod here, I very much wanted the PG to not become a GB Lite and for people to behave "responsibly". For those that did not, it would have been nice for some sort of "ultimate" solution to be in place if they did not stop the unwanted behavior after being asked repeatedly. Unfortunately, nothing would happen. Emails to the owners went unanswered. This is not a new phenomena... many people have never heard back. Violations in the avatars would go uncorrected. In short, we had very little or prompt support from the owners. Mods cannot even really "delete" anyway, they can only remove a post or thread to a special queue where it is then ultimately reviewed by the owners and then deleted or restored. Mods have very, very few powers at Lit. As I have said before, at Lit you have way more "free speech" rights then you have in the real world... and I would imagine that is why some people come here... to behave in a fashion that would earn them a sanction in the real world.
The bottom line is that short of violations of the above rule posted by LadyG and the few other things like being an identifiable "minor", you can behave anyway you want... (see below), even if the "target" is a moderator. And of course, if you don't like it, then you can use the "ignore" feature or choose to leave as I have done... along with others apparently. So far there is no indication that this will change despite many voicing their discontent.

Fascinating, interesting. I had to go read some of the named authors here. I read something Samuel X wrote and I was blown away by his .. style, wow! Formulaic, no attempt to really include an accent even though his women are as diverse as New York's Times Square... I noticed NO spelling or punctuation errors. Yet he gets low scores and keeps writing more. Well, good for him, I found it atrocious. I will probably never, ever, ever go back to check it out, because I didn't like it enough to go back. Also the self-aggrandizing is kinda funny.

Before that, I read Mr. Scouries' highest rated work, and was not surprised to see signs that it was unpolished. Still, there was some effort and a few laughs and quips that I envied, my stuff is pitifully devoid of jokes. Okay so unlike Samuel X I got exactly what I came for. Um, eventually. After the maddeningly hard to follow dialogue about university, shopping (which I skipped), and how for no apparent reason other than a big dick and bookish professor lifestyle, this guy's niece and daughter are both dying to be deflowered by him.

When the characters say and do things that make no sense, the reader is forced to suspend his disbelief on behalf of the author. And to some degree we might expect that shortfall in smut. Not so much in literature.

And I'll be the first to say my work is unpolished. I have errors. The goal to really be great is to put out stories that on the whole make the reader very very satisfied so he rubs one out.

I gotta hand it to him though, Scouries does provide heaps of entertainment in these threads. There is art to his antagonistic gall. I mean, I laughed out loud when he asked that we not quote anyone on his ignore list when in his threads. HA! I'm still chuckling over that gem. Admit it, the shit is funny. And it's self-deprecating self-aggrandizing humor to boot! Scouries is riffing on these threads bigtime, with his unmitigated arrogance.

Where to start, now there is the question. Accusing everyone who has ever won a contest of cheating. Accusing the AH and now the owners of this site of fixing the contests. Making up fake lists and trying to pass them off as Lit lists. Making up a fake contest so he can win something, even if it's his own fake contest. Being an asshole in general to everyone who calls him on his bullshit.

Causing an author to pull all his stories off lit because he didn't want to be on one of scouries list. He didn't want his name to be used to farther scouries bullshit lists.

Now, if you go back to the first of this thread, you'll find bigotry, bias toward women in general, racist remarks and his hatred of the AH and his vow to bring it and Lit down.

Is that enough for you, because there is much more. This is just the highlights.

Fun? Scouries threads aren't about fun. They are about his ego and hatred of all things that do not stroke that ego the way he thinks they should.

Maybe you do need to read back a ways to actually understand this.

Every one of Scouries threads and posts are tongue firmly planted in cheek fun.

The man is a genius. I love reading whatever he writes because he makes me laugh with his words and with his graphics.

Then, there's the information that he gives about so many writers. No other writer on this site gives as much back than Scouries.

Then, we have TxRad who cannot stay away and must post his red disclaimer. Obviously, the man or woman is jealous of Scouries talent and genius.

No other writer in Literotica's history has amassed as many hits on his stories in such a short time, as has Scouries.

TxRad needs to start his own thread or just get a life or just permanently stay away. No one likes him or her. There's something serious wrong with the man or woman. I wish Literotica would ban him from posting here.

He does nothing for this site but weigh it down with his negative hate for other writers.
