Hey, are there any 20 - 30 year old women on here from Victoria?

Just wanting to know for some similar aged people to chat with.

And maybe to rent my 21 year old American stud of a husband out to...just to sweeten the deal.

Other than that, how is everyone? Weather has been nice the last day or two, but I've heard we are expecting some rather annoying rainy weeks to come along soon.

hello weekend :D
yes a day off school
it's show day here for most public schools in adel. thank god. i needed the day.

not much for the day - its pouring down with rain. i def. won't be show going.

hmmmm so much to think about....

lol

love to all

EARTHQUAKE IN NEW ZEALAND!

We got an early morning SMS from BANDIT's brother who lives in Christchurch & all her family are OK. :D

glad they are okay. what horrible news. i hope there are no serious injuries anywhere.

From BANDIT's phone call to her brother & mum they got off fairly light compared to other places around Christchurch.

It's funny, I know our countries give each other a lot of shit, but when it comes down to it, I'm pretty sure most Aussies would have our back and vice versa.

You guys really aren't all that bad are ya?

I think it is the Anzac tradition supporting each other in times of trouble. :D

Hey my loverly BANDIT:heart: is a Kiwi so no problems with Kiwis in this household although during cricket season she does cheer for any team playing against the Aussies. LOL

I'm sure if either of us got attacked or anything we would have each others backs.

As with BANDIT:heart: cheering for every team playing the Aussies in cricket it is sporting tradition for Kiwis to not like the Aussies but in anything else we support each other.

Not as bad as your countrymen like to paint us. Apart from sport, we love our kiwi neighbours - after all, you gave us Crowded House!

It was all the news on Saturday on the plane over to Adelaide (have been spending a lot of time in Adelaide recently, being with and helping my sick folks)

I'm sure if either of us got attacked or anything we would have each others backs.

Of course - although we wouldn't ignore your front, either - thats yummy! :)

Hi group - wow, even this thread slows down while we wait for the Gubmint Guys to work out who least wants to run the country - not even 2 full pages over a week!

Hope your weekend was fruitful, or passionate, or at least drier than those poor people in Victoria....

cheers.

How are you this morning dear Robed one? Aching? Throbbing?

Oh, and how is the hangover as well? smiles.......

:kiss:MsMoon:kiss:

Surprising little hangover fromt the boys night out - tonights was a bigger night, and I know I'll be suffering at the moment the plane points skyward in a few hours - but what the hell - GO SWANS! lol!!

As for the aching and throbbing - would you mind coming over here to help me out with those ailments? although I suspect you may make them worse before they are cured... ;)

Sneaking into the thread...........I'm not an Aussie but I did spend a fantastic few months there a little while back.

Hope you all are enjoying Spring :)

Thankyou NaughtyTease - its definitely a fraction warmer, and we're going through a very wet patch, but its very early days yet for growing things to be pushing skyward...

(ps - its been raining too! lol)

Ah, I would be delighted to come over you.....I mean, come and give you a helping hand, mouth, tongue....sorry what was the actual question? Bit foggy here and it ain't just a cursed blip in the weather either...;)

Just be careful what you imbibe, remember what goes down, always comes up again...a girl simply must have a breath now and then.....smiles.

On a serious note, I hope that all goes as you wish with your folks and that their health improves as possible.

Be well, and safe journeys.

good morning aussies :)

well - hasn't it been a rather interesting few days, and few weeks!
destruction, all over the place :(

christchurch.... very very lucky escape that no-one was killed. stuff can be fixed.... lives can't. so although i feel for all those that lost homes and property, i am immensely relieved that lives were not lost.

the floods.... i have many friends who live in the areas that are underwater in victoria and all are saying the same thing - rather floods than fire! again, stuff can be replaced, and my farming friends are absolutely thrilled with the water... hopefully all the catchments will replenish and the underground water table fill.

our lack of gov't..... i'm getting tired of oz being in limbo. i seriously wish the independents would get on with it already and put this country back on track.
i know which way i'm hoping they'll go - i guess we will all know within the next day or so.

HE has flown back to work - and might be gone this time round for 6 to 7 weeks.
*sigh* back to having trouble falling asleep (HIM being here makes me feel safe for the first time in a very long while), but if HIS trip is timed right, then HE might actually be back in time for the V8's at symmonds :D which will be great as i have 15 cars that need signing as well as the windscreen from Lowndes 888 Betta Electical car (score and a half - already been offered 5 times what we paid for it!!!) and could do with an extra pair of hands or 2 when i go there!

it's school hols here now, and i have all 3 of my kidlets here for the next couple of weeks :) so at least i won't be too lonely!

as for the lambies - all 5 are doing very well. they follow me everywhere... too cute :) thank god they're now on only 2 feeds a day, life is a little easier this way!
they're getting aggressive now - making it a LOT easier to see them as food rather than little pets!

well, i think that's about it for now..... hope everyone is well and safe xxx
