These are all Saturday games. Only ten this week. I'm trying to get away from the heavy favorites where everyone picks the same team. But if you want to call an upset, like say South Florida over Florida in the Swamp , let me know early in the week.

Kentucky @ Louisville

Georgia State, not Tech, won their first football game ever played yesterday in front of 30,000 people. Already they are drawing Tech-like crowds. I don't see them playing with the big boys for a long time though. More on the lines of a Georgia Southern but who knows what the future will bring.

Cocks and Dawgs have a pivotal game for both teams in the Chicken Coop next week. It will be interesting to see how our young QB holds up in the den of drunken roosters. I don't think Lombardi could win a SEC championship at South Carolina. They looked good last night though.

7-6-6 is how I have it now with SW in the lead after he picked the first 7 in a row. But I have VT tonight and ucl has Maryland in the other game so we'll have to see what happens. Some good games coming up next week.

For next week

Georgia @ South Carolina

Ark State @ Lafayette Ragin Cajuns

Navy had it 4th and less than a yard for a touchdown with seconds left and couldn't punch it in.

Nice job VT. Now Boise will cruise through the Women's Athletic Conference only to get the shit stomped out of them in the national championship game.

We need a college playoff.

Morninggirl usually shows up around football season.

Auburn at the bulldogs, and the bulldawgs at Carolina? Two really tough games with the combined spread around 5 points.

I guess I'll go with Auburn but it should be a good game to watch.

So I stayed at 6 and you two tied at 7. I don't think we'll do a tie breaker. Maybe one at the end of the regular season if things are close. And one for the bowl games.

There is still time for anyone to get in. We'll just go by winning percentage.

AJ Green is out for four games for selling a jersey. Georgia needs to clean up its act. Getting rid of the AD was a good first step. Driving drunk was bad enough but having a lady in the car other than your wife AND having HER panties in your lap is a little hard to explain to anyone. Much less your wife.

"I don't know, Dear. I was nervous and stopped so fast her panties flew off of ass and into my lap."

I guess scheduling is all ruled by TV dollars now, but I were Carolina I'd be playing this game under the lights. Give their fan base time to get liquored up and give Murray all day to think about the game. He'll be ok though. If he learns to slide and not take on SEC defenses. Stafford learned that lesson at Kentucky as a freshman when looked like he had been in an hour long bar fight after the game.

I'd like to see the Bulls put a scare into the gators today. :)

5 - 4 in your favor. Maybe we should flip coins.

Four opposing picks. Could be another close week.

5-5 last week. Somehow the Gamecocks have a week off to get ready for Alabama after this game so I imagine all the focus will be on Auburn this week. If the Cocks lose, Alabama will clean their clocks and they will still be looking at a road trip to the swamp. Another loss or two and it will be a typical Carolina season but for now the dream is alive. I'd like to see them do well but beating Georgia at this point in the season wasn't saying a lot.

Lot of talk about firing Richt from the armchairs but I'm willing give them a year or two. Even though the other Bulldogs are a slight favorite, I think Georgia will come out to play Saturday. Not sure when they were 0-3 in the conference to start out the year.
