I've had really good luck with exchanging maps with dates in the past. People seem much more comfortable putting a pin on a map than telling you out loud what their fantasizes are.

Typically we just agree to not talk about anything beforehand, fill out the map for ourselves, then email the link to each other. I've had a few girls really surprise me with what they ended up liking.
