Batman Gender Bender Ooc

I feel like I'm awful at finding get pictures. I'm always impressed by some of the pictures people find on here. Regardless, when I put in the effort I did find a picture of a male Harley.

Quinn ish hot! Yup yup he is.

Thanks, I figured when not off being Harlequin he'd seem like almost the complete opposite. When I thought of snide and serious I thought Alan Rickman.

Name: Thaddeus al Ghul

Age: 26

Alias: Thaddeus Head

Bio: Thaddeus was born into a world which revolved around crime, and to a mother with mad ideals. Being the son of one of the world's largest crime syndicates, Thaddeus did not have much of a childhood, spending most of it traveling the world with his mother. She, in turn, taught him, or had him taught, martial arts the world over, as well as the secrets held close by the League of Assassins. Along with strict (bordering on the abusive) tutoring, Thaddeus became not only a skilled assassin and warrior, but also an intelligent, clever and shrewd scholar and businessman. He would have been the perfect heir to the League, if not for one thing; being male.

The League of Assassins was founded by Thaddeus' mother, the Head of the Demon, and she had decided years ago (longer than Thaddeus could have imagined, until he was introduced to the Lazarus Pits) that an organization like theirs, who in the end want to purify the world, would have to be matriarchal in nature. Her son could be considered a prodigy, yes, but a woman would have to be the Heir to the League.

Then enters Batwoman, a dark, mysterious woman who's strength and intellect were exemplary for a mere mortal, and one so young. On her lonesome, the woman foiled Thaddeus' mother's plans, on more than one occasion. Mother thought that the Bat would be more than suitable to carry out her plans after death. Thaddeus found her beautiful, and found his heart longing for the woman in the cowl.

However, Batwoman would refuse the offer to become Heir to the League of Assassins, and therefore refuse the offer to marry Thaddeus, despite a mutual connection. In the ensuing battle, Thaddeus' mother presumably died, though a body was never found. Batwoman fled into the night, and Thaddeus was left alone.

Searching his mother's study, however, Thaddeus encountered a sealed envelope addressed to him. The letter inside read; "What we know of the Batwoman is incomplete, a side to her you must uncover in order to coerce her to our side. The secret of the Bat lies in the Manor of Wayne."
There was only one Wayne Manor that Thaddeus knew of, and that was Brittany Wayne's in Gotham City. What could she know of the Batwoman?

More curious than seeking revenge, Thaddeus made his way to Gotham City, under the guise of Thaddeus Head, new CEO of Head Industries, a billion dollar multi-conglomerate centered in the Middle East.

I totally dig tht.r
Like that classic high powered executive who is a total slave on the weekends

But... but...

Oddly, and this is odd, I've never harboured a crush on Nightwing.

Hence, "he's m'boy." I respect him and I honour him, but very much like Superman I don't lust after him. One of the very few superheroes of whom that's true.

I've had wanton thoughts about his girlfriends from time to time (Kori, Babs), but not the man himself.

He's just such a good guy.

...is that weird? I feel like that's weird. I dunno.

Not odd at all. From comics to tv shows and movies there have been many heroines I've really liked, but not lusted after. For instance, I love Star Trek Voyager, and I like Seven of Nine, but never had any sexual desire for her.

Cyborg chica. Would pounce her in a heartbeat. Next?

XD

shall I assume we aren't going to get any Poison Ivy on Harle action? ;)

Seeing no one has taken this character, decided to put a twist on ol Pamela Islely, If I am allowed.:

Name: Dr. Julius Thorne

Age: 28

Alias: Thornbrush ((really embarassed by this..I know I can think of somthing better..))

Apperence: (because I can not find a picture that fits my mental description) After the accident, his body is not countless bundled wood and roots, forming a humanoid shape, lined with sharp, thick barbs. His face is in a vague humanoid shape, a pair of glowing green orbs where his eyes would be. His voice would sound like collection of thick, deep wood creaking groans..

Bio: A ingenious botanist who worked feverishly over plants to find medicine and naturl cures through nature, Dr. Julius Thorne was a respected member of the scientific community, funded by Wayne Industries. From a young age he grew up on a ranch, though he was born in Gotham, so when he returned he continued to grow plants within his apartment and lab, out of a natural green thumb. Through study, he had him come to the conclusion that a rare amazonian root, covered with poisoned barbs, was rumored to hold the secret of eternal life, for it was rare plant..it rapidly regenerated, as well as shown properties of evergreen, able to survive in most any climate for years around. Such a idea, a "Immortality Serum" would be something he'd not pass up for the world, even if such a ludicrous idea had his funding pulled. He took his life savings and built his own makeshift lab..if he could synthesize it, he very well could eliminate aging...if not slow it for many hundreds of years, such a potion would allow men to live way past their prime. His greed and eagerness to complete his potion was his downfall however, for he drank down a experimental batch, untested..the results was a mutation of his DNA..a fusing of plant and mammal DNA that created him into the lanky bundle of roots he is now. Little did he know he gained the lifespan he wanted..along with a powerful empathetic connection to plants, he slowly day by day lost both his saintly and his humanity..

Interesting.

In genderbending Ivy, you give us a new Woodrue.

This is... interesting.

We do have an Ivy now, but not something I'm interested in, Vail. Harle will have a hard time saying no to anything Joker asks of him, but I'd rather it not come up.

No worries, Erlind, I really was just joking :)

Ok, good. This may sound strange, but I've always been better at talking to people in person than online. I guess I rely on visual cues more than some.

oh, that doesn't sound strange at all. The changes in inflection, body language, these add an entire layer of communication on their own.
When I SRP, or talk online in general, I usually try to simulate that using styles and such, for exactly that reason

That makes sense. RPing I don't have problems. Writing a story is just different than talking to people, I guess. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has trouble with that though. I keep getting told my generation can do anything with computers, but machines tend to hate me and the internet didn't come naturally to me at first.

Well, I take a lot of the same things I use in SRPs when I talk with people in the lounge. I feel free to show a little internal monologue, describe the stance my body is in, things like that.

I haven't been to the lounges in a while. But I like your idea, maybe I'll try that sometime.
