Yes. I'm a mod.

Made me nuts when I couldn't ignore Marquis. Was so happy when I could make him go away when he wasn't a mod anymore.

It was automatic there, but I don't really care either way. As long as you're not Marquis.

Can you ignore mods with the FfVb thing? I've never tried.

Word. It didn't take long for that one thread to disappear this morning so Rory's doing a good job!

What'd we miss this morning? Was it as hot as me titty fucking lipstick?

Hey, we've missed your food porn posts. Start a food porn thread. We like food.

I always post in Foodgasms. I just posted an Indian lamb recipe earlier. Said lamb has been made into shepherd's pie (with Indian spices, occasionally a whole clove or cardamom pod..) and now a pasta. Seriously, it's a lot of lamb, I'm going to be happily reinventing it for a bit.

Nothing's as hot as that. It was some poster linking to his blog and *POOF* he and his thread are gone.

I know, right? I mean who can resist Sinny boob. I'm going to take pics of my boobs today in my new bra that makes my tits look like two very round orbs. It's a squishy bra.

Yay. I like lamb. And pie. And when together: Lamb pie. If I were to do Indian spicing, I'd be sure to add ginger to the peas and potatoes, too. And turmeric, cinnamon and a few shakes of fennel seeds. Then it'd be like a giant samosa pie.

MMmm...Samosa pie. Now I have to fry something.

I went to an Indian market this week and I have things I haven't used before...curry leaves and mustard seed and all sorts of fun things.

I tried to substitute some stuff, but I ended up making some cottage cheese stuffing for potatoes that was supposed to be curryish and ended up tasting like taco pizza. Not all that exotic. So when they say you can substitute curry leaves with basil...don't you believe it.

Taco pizza? Still, grubbable after a few beers and if it's late night. And curry leaves are persnickety bastawds, just like kaffir leaves can be. It's one of those ingredients that can really muck up a dish if you don't use it just right.

My latest food porn obsession is cooking everything in banana leaves --from kalua pork to swordfish. It's all kinds of en papillote fun.

Now I want lamb.

Oooh. Banana leaves.

I'm getting Harissa and pink peppercorns in the mail this week. Then I have to figure out how to use it. I'm thinking chocolate pink peppercorn cupcakes and...something with Harissa. Not together though. Ew.

I might even try cheesemaking. Mmm. Rennet.

I wasn't able to find fresh leaves. Bummer. I want fresh Kaffir also. I'm sure I could get banana leaves here though. Though I won't wrap the cupcakes in them.
