A couple of weeks ago I think sliced a Beef Top Loin and then cut the slices in half. These were added to a large bowl.
In a smallish cup I melted down half a stick of butter and added several Table Spoons of Szechuan Sauce. This was poured over the meat and mixed in well until all of the meat was well coated. This combo was placed in a vacuum bag and sealed before being tossed in the freezer.
This evening I defrosted this and added it to a fry pan along with another half stick of butter. I quick fried this and at the last minute added two cups of minced Green Onions.
This was then served by placing several pieces of the still tender meat on a deveined Lettuce Leaf. Added to this was a spoonfull of sticky rice and some Bean Paste. (My wife ate it this way but I added just a hint of Kimchi to mine.) We then rolled up the lettuce leaves and chowed down.
Don't do this to yourself if you are watching your waistline.
