What shoudl Ezra Wear?

OK.

I bought tickets to the last show Lords of acid and My life With The Thrill Kill Cult, will ever put on live.

The Venue and the outfit putting it on have a curious dress code.

No street clothes ,or suits.."party" dress only.

Now, at the risk of spoiling the fantasy ...It has been twenty years since I was in Party dress, and my old look wont cut it any more as my Body shape has changed over the years and well ..lets face it I am a little bit older..

So since you all know me and my particular "Kink" even for the upside down back wards world Of BDSM..

I was hoping for some ideas.

oh and you can rule out leather man and vinyl body suits..I like those things but not wearing them..androgyny is always good for me .but my body is very masculine in shape and I am not Chippendale dancer..but not fat, think average construction worker..really short hair, and ..white.some may even remember the photos of my marks.

Sorry Rayne..I would never get in the door...and I work in boots...so they have lost thier appeal for me..but I have always loved cargo pants...

I the idea is to wear something you couldn't wear to work...now some thing you would wear to bed,... that would probably get you in..

I have no clue what type of show this is but am going to assume its some fetish BDSM show type event?

You often refer to yourself as, a half female, half submissive, so why not go with that theme?

I am not sure if you are back at home or still away so for the sake of expedience may I suggest;

A long flowing robe and open sandals. Paint your toe nails pretty colors and wear full female makeup. Top this ensemble off with a very masculine collar and leash. (All of these items can be found for very cheap)

Or

Full female attire plus makeup and very masculine collar and leash.

Or

Tight leather pants topped with a feminine sexy blouse and of course the collar mentioned above. ( can reverse wear skirt and tight masculine top.)

Just a few suggestions, * giggles* I have not seen the photos you mention but I am sure you could get away with Lycra or spandex.

I realize that I should not have posted here, but I could not resist, when I read this as I awoke the mental images it afforded me made me smile and giggle. LMAO!

Having seen your body shape (somewhat), I'm gonna suggest a tight black singlet, cargo pants are good if you're allowed - go with beige or black if you pick the singlet. Attach chains and a studded belt if you pick black and not if you pick the beige.

Not good on the whole androgynous thing except for hair because I have a male friend so fucking hot andro that it should be a crime and yet he looks flawlessly masculine at the same time. He spends more on his hair than I do on mine

Straighten it if it's long (shoulder length or more)

Most of my metal friends are androgynous just because of the scene, goth is an effortless mix of male and female. Corsets are fun too

But yeah, that's my two cents in. I have no clue except for my rocker friends lol!

Can't help ya here Erza I'm more of a ratty jeans and t-shirt kinda guy.

Though I must say I prefer the "Nothing but a smile" outfit myself

I am going to take this moment to complain about clothing though. Since you sound like your body type might be similar to mine. Do you have a problem with collared shirts? I have a generally thick build, broad shoulders thick neck and such... Most collared shirts leave me half asphyxiated because the average male neck size is 15-17 inches and mine is like 18 or 19 so I have to shop in the big and tall section... and I'm neither big, nor tall lol..

Cargo pants are NOT, never have and never will be stylish.

Remember, it's never bad to overdress a little. If I get an opportunity to wear a tie, I usually take it. That's just me. Ever try a dress jacket with jeans? If they don't allow jeans, then dress slacks. Once you have the dress jacket, you're usually formal enough, then you can wear some totally retro rock t-shirt and maybe an open dress shirt as well.

Number one tip, wear clothes that fit you, no matter what your shape.

I get that this is a drawing (a sim) but I thought it could show you how just dark pants and a satin top can be that combination of masculine and feminine. Also the rich red and dark pants adds to it.

have no idea if I am being helpful or not but maybe think of accessories like a braclet or cuff, a necklace or choker...maybe a glove or scarf these things can add a touch of feminism to an outfit.

I like my cargo pants. They're comfortable.
