One 'snippet' from a newscast, that some of the documents prove that Iran is heavily engaged in supplying weapons and technical support to the forces opposing US and Coalition troops.

I'm not sure what the initial intent of this 'leak' could have been...although it has appeared on a site described as anti-war...but it seems to be having the opposite effect, proving that both Syria and elements of the Afghan government are in cahoots with the Taliban and/or Al-Quida.

It also makes it more difficult for Obeyme and his posse to ignore the obvious and keep that harebrained troop withdrawl deadline in place.

For once I agree with Amicus.

'Leaking' this sort of information is dangerous, damages the forces on the ground in Afghanistan, and gives support to those fomenting terror.

It could have been the basis for a selective news report, criticising the political direction and conduct of operations in Afghanistan, but releasing the whole file of documents has endangered those trying to bring stability and peace.

I haven't read the Leaks, but from what I heard on the News, there isn't much that hasn't been reported, at least as hearsay.

Of course there is an"Enemies List" and of course we send hunter-killer teams after the Taliban/AQ operatives, it is called WAR. If you don't like WAR then don't elect shitheads.

War is Hell, and messy, brutal and uncivilized, deal with it, you and I help cause these atrocities, perpetrated by scared young men with more firepower than sense.

Baby Bush lead us into the war and then was influenced by the Dark Side to run off and fuck up Iraq. Obama doesn't have the balls to pull the troops and mention to Pakistan that we hold them responsible for anything that comes from there, and since they have atomic weapons, we'll just nuke them till the Indus river glows all night, if we get any more shit from this corner of the world. And no we are not paying them to do this, we are saying it is their responsibility to act as the moderator of the mess they created.

The person or persons who leaked this as well as the person who posted them need to be sent to serve with those on the front lines.

You can have your political agendas, that's fine but when you start endangering those who are putting their lives on the line then you have gone beyond what is right.
