Britney Spears? Miley Cyrus? A boy band? Or perhaps something in country?

Just curious. I live in Nashville and grew up here with an aunt who played drums in country music, so I couldn't have avoided liking it if I wanted to.

I have a very VERY wide and varied music collection, but a few that make me blush are Miley Cyrus's "The Climb" and a few from Tokio Hotel and The Cab (I blame my daughter for those).

So, what are yours?

I like to masturbate to Alvin and the Chipmunks Sing Christmas.

The Wombles.

And light classical music such as Eric Coates, Albert Ketelbey, Gilbert and Sullivan and Offenbach.

Og

Papa Bear was a music teacher. I find nothing guilty about loving G & S. They wrote brilliant stuff.

Any minor guilt I might have in my musical taste I guess I would reserve for Bluegrass. Flatt & Scruggs rock!

I like just about anything from Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff. Yeah, I know and I don't even have kids.

One of my other musical guilty pleasures is anything from the Spice Girls in the 80s. :)

Okay, stop laughing.

There's nothing wrong with Brittany - well, not a lot wrong, she's a solid entertainer, and her phrasing is good, voice is a bit on the weak side maybe.

Further, I think she looks very sweet giving a Blowjob, she just had the bad timing to go off kilter at time when the Bush administration was looking for distractions - and, the country really wanted very badly to be distracted.

No, my shameful secret is that I was a big ABBA fan, back in the day, and I had a huge crush on Agnetha Fältskog, who is still one smokin' hot babe, BTW.

My musical pleasure is to go down to the concert/theater program basket we keep and pull out the invitation I got to sit on the presidium of the Chopin Piano Competitions in Warsaw in 1985--when someone mistakenly thought I was a world-class concert pianist. (I play show tunes at drunken orgies.)

Thank god - if you's said Def Leppard, I'd have lost all respect for you.

Never caught any of those guys, But I did catch Black Flag and Suicidal Tendencies at high points.

All I wanted was a Pepsi.

that's just wrong .. you can't lose respect for people's guilty pleasures .. they already feel guilty about them .. sheez.

on which note ... i'm going to go with DIO

oh yes. DIO

and Queen, though I don't really feel guilty about that

I enjoy most forms of music from Big Bands to Punk to Metal to Blues to Country.

Swamp Blues is one of my favorites with such artists as Slim Harpo, Lazy Lester, Kenny Neal, Lightnin' Slim, Marcia Ball and Katie Webster. :D

Since we're talking guilty pleasures - The Thompson Twins. I played the tape that "Hold me Now" was on far too many times to count.

love the "Shout, Shout... let it all out..." song. played it a bunch of times when I was younger. seemed therapeutic at the time.

I am a huge music nut with a wide range of interests and honestly I don't really feel I am embarrassed by any of my interests.

I am by nature a proghead: Dream Theater, Neal Morse (another Nashville resident DJ!), Transatlantic, Marillion, Rush, Yes etc etc etc

LOOOOOVVVEE The Beatles

Very, very fond of The Fratellis

I also love my jazz, eighties music, classical music, classic rock, heavy metal etc etc etc

I draw the line at most rap.

So play what you will - - It's all good to me!

Okay, now that I think about it I do have one musical skeleton in my closet.

I had the biggest crush on Olivia Newton-John when I was a lot younger.

Now that I am a lot older I will call it a deep fondness but if I was in a room alone with her................................:D
