This is a mix of a confession of my own...what...sense of superiority? As well as a bit of a rant.
Sometimes I wander CL's personals. I'm not actually looking for anyone, but some of the ads are just funny, and some of them show such an utter inability to string words together to form a coherent sentence that I can't help but laugh, and almost no one who posts in the 'casual encounters' sections has any idea of what sexy is (no, a shot of your boobie or vagina is, in fact, not very sexy and is likely to only get you unsexy people).
So I kinda get snooty about that.
BUT...
the girls there looking for 'sugar daddies', and there appear to be many of them, make me insanely angry.
They give my entire gender a bad name, while also encouraging women to depend on men for financial purposes, which only encourages women to stay weak, and to have to stay in bad (or abusive) relationships and to have to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS put themselves second.
I can't fucking stand that.

If you don't see the distinction between a tiny number of men setting a bad example for boys, and a larger number of women setting a bad example for girls, you've missed the nature of gender in the western world.

I confess I like and don't like the ring to that.. like, cause then I could use a ruler and seriously whack some people. Don't like... nun's ain't sexy. Though a very nice group of people.
Secondly, it's a forum and the topic will go where it will, no apologies necessary, it's open to EVERYONE to confess or comment.
Thirdly, Leo I think you missed her point, while gender doesn't excuse or explain stupidity, it's one thing for a man to look for a "sugar momma" (it just means he's weak and we can make fun of him) it's another for a woman to look for a "sugar Daddy" -it means that it's accepted by society, and a woman should depend on a man, which only furthers the stereotype that women are not capable of taking care of themselves in this big, cold world.
