Personality, then: She loved being the center of attention, loved showing off, dancing, singing, shining. She was meant for the stage. With her naturally brown hair and her oh-so-cute freckles, she knew who she was, and dared to show it to the world. It didn’t matter to her that she was only 5 feet tall, she made sure she was always noticed. People tended to forget her height, as her personality made up for it with surplus. Even her laugh was musical. Yep, life was good for Nessie Mason. She even had a boyfriend that she’d never let go, a loving and tender one, and she planned to marry him, like any “in love” teenage female did. She believed in wishes made on shooting stars, she believed in miracles, and she believed her life would turn out just the way she wanted.
Personality, now: She’s not all that different. She doesn’t hold to her belief in miracles, anymore, though. After marriage, Asher had turned abusive, and had almost broken her spirit. Almost. She got out in time, after two years with the horrid beast, and rebuilt her life. She made it onto Broadway, her dreams finally coming true.
Other: She has a tattoo. It seemed appropriate after her divorce. Her favorite song of all time, “Wild Ponies” by Kellie Pickler had gotten her through so much, seemed the theme song of her life, that getting the words “Wild Pony” permanently ensconced to her backside, deeming herself one, just seemed… natural.
