Lastly, there are rumors that the whole film, and Theirry in particular, were complete fabrications.

In a way, I'm not sure I even care.

PS: I got to meet Shepard a while back. He created an amazing painting on a concrete wall in an alt art gallery. Unbelievably, it got painted over when the show ended. Ah well... it is the fragility of art. I suppose you've seen Rivers & Tides... I love that film. In fact, I need to watch it again.

Lastly, and I can't say exactly why, I thought you might enjoy this photo that I took a few years ago. You get some sort of virtual prize if you can guess where I took it... (not the location,specifically, but the associated event.)

What he did with the art was exactly like his clothing business and I would hardly call it genius. I just wrote out a few more sentences but they're just angry and I've deleted them so...going forward on to a different topic..
I have never seen Rivers and Tides but I'll be sure to add it to my list :)
At present I have no idea where that photo was taken but it reminds me of this festival/contest where people decorate their cars in an awesomely ridiculous manner and the participants generally dress up as well and prizes are awarded accordingly..

Just got home from work, working on some side work now trying to stay awake thanks to the assholes that decided to light off fireworks at 1am this morning

The 1 am fireworks were just a minor bump in my road of slumber....the other 4x I woke up for whatever reason however....I will probably try to take one at some point, but I am working on some side business and money > sleep atm

Oh honey, don't think that just because I already worked 8 hours means I was productive....anything but to be honest. I work alone from 3am until about 8am and I tend to do as little as possible
 
Oh I know....it is a job of convenience at the moment, definitely NOT a permanent thing

Yeah...now if I could only increase the amount at which I accumulate it while actually enjoying what I do....maybe I should be a gigolo...but then I am sure I would have some less than enjoyable moments with that too lol

I understand how you feel. I do. There are a group of people who believe that the whole story about Mr Brain Wash was entirely fabricated by Banksy as a huge joke. I'm not sure if that's true, or not. I secretly wish it were, though.

I think you'll love it. It is about Andy Goldsworthy, if you know who he is. Also, the soundtrack for the film was created by one of my all-time favorite musicians, Fred Frith.

It was taken at the Gay Pride Parade, which is quite a big event around here. I took a series of shots for the publication I work for but, sadly, they didn't run my all time favorite shot... Maybe I'll post it on Lit sometime.
