Pirate Radio was, alas, not a very good movie, but this cut scene (which I think should not have been cut), is a lot of fun.

The story takes place in the mid-1960's on a Pirate Radio ship in the waters around England; the teller of this tale is a popular disk jockey who went AWOL and has now returned to the job. Here's where he explains why he vanished, where he went and what brought him back.
