If you have been editing for a bit there are stories that impress and, perhaps, are lacking.

This perhaps belongs in the AH but the flood of threads there nearly guarantees this will never surface. I would like to share with the readers, but editors alike, that there are writers who do recognize the services we, as editors, perform at no cost to them (has a devastating impact on my pesonal life, but what the hell).

Thanks for the thanks. Just thinking now, can we begin a thread where editors can list stories they are really impressed by? Just trying to "thin the herd" so to speak.

Starscape. I edited her Intended series, absolutely awesome writing (and not bad editing either, lol). Really, this is an incredibly beautiful series which could very well have been published in my mind. I would suggest anyone to read this fantastic series, the reader will be caught up and swept away.
