Another call for a volunteer editor...

Hi all - I am looking for someone to help edit one rather longish story (it is a Part 2) of an already posted story called "Out of Town Visit". I guess the easiest thing would be for anyone who is interested to check out the stories I have posted, and to get back to me with any pertinent information about their strengths/weaknesses as an editor. Since most of my writing tends to be quite dry and professional, I am looking for someone who could give a bit of insight into crafting effective/better dialog as well as someone who won't yell at me when I switch narrative perspectives in my stories but rather be able to suggest how I can get around that seemingly horrendous faux pas

The demand for a service outweighs its availability. This would normally be a great thing for the service provider, except that the service provider, in this case, reaps little compensation.

My edit list is shortening. If you don't find help in a week you can PM me to see where things stand, but I make no promises.

I thought the compensation was just the personal edification one gets from defending the English language from unspeakable acts of horrible writing

For me it is for the alleviation of guilt. Others volunteer at the food bank, blood bank, etc. I am a community-minded person but not that motivated. So I fulfill my perceived community service by editing porn... okay, so maybe not as refreshing as the other, but it sates my guilt.. Whatever it takes I guess.

And I get to trash someone's dream career as a writer, always a plus! LOL!
