no probs kayte,im doing ok,knee is still painfull but ya get that,getting over not being able to do much.hopefully in a week or 2 i can get rid of the crutches & upgrade to a walking stick lol.

Strained chicken noodle soup and a glass of diluted sports drink does not a lunch make
I'm on clear fluids only from this morning until tomorrow 7am then nothing until after the colonoscopy. In about an hour I have to take some stuff that will have me pooping theough the eye of a needle - oh yay
Look on the bright side no one can say your full of shit!
By the way I refuse to hold the needle your going to shit through.

It was & thanks to you & ICR for being a part of it & we did have fun too even though we got screwed over by the racetrack management we had the people who are important to us there with us.

yeah i know Gil,im just getting annoyed doing nothing,well you will have to wait untill next season till im back,seen some stuff on youtube yesterday from saturday night.it's only been 1 week since the cut n dice,doc reakons 6 months before i get a clearence thats if everything goes ok.

well am getting ready for my surgery also have 2 weeks and 2 days
going to colour my hair on the 20 this month then wax my legs i left this longer so i don't have to worry for my recovery about hair (was going to do this this week but will leave it one more week longer)
and trying to think what i need a lot not to have it very high om the cabinets so i can reach
and make sure that have a lot of movies and series to watch as will be boring doing nothing

Just after that BANDIT
had several quick trips to the toilet & then felt sick, went pale & felt like passing out . The form she got from the hospital had a phone # if anyone has problems but it's not attended after 5pm & all this happened just before 6pm so the hospital will be hearing from me in the morning. BANDIT
has settled down now but we are holding out on the next batch of "Rapid Intestine clearer" for a while, I've put her to bed for now.
