I kind'a knew that.....lol, but you would look so sex stretched out on a seal, think of the photo shoot that would make.

yes, this film class is fun! I have a big list of films I need to watch, some good, some bad. But all fun to study.

I think I prefer seals to remain alive.. How about stretched out on a nice piece of...organic cotton? :D

Awe! That's very sweet of you to say. Mostly, I'm just a goofball. I try to be amusing but, according to my wife and step-daughter, I usually just amuse myself. :eek:

I thought to share another poem of mine. It isn't sexy, though.



Stain

This mysterious insect climbs my window sill,
Its mandibles clacking, searching for food.
I crush it, leaving a stain on the gray paint.

This is the way of things. Brute force wiping away
The weak. A kind of tyranny, I guess. This small creature,
Unaware of my presence, surprised at its sudden
Death.

I press my face to the glass, the window fogged with
My breath. Beyond this pane, the greens and browns
Of endless nameless towns that twitch with appetites.

We hunger for something, never full, crawling desperately
For the next tidbit, never full, smacking our lips, tasting
The air, hungry for that one thing.

This town, this burning desire, this hope of satisfaction,
All crushed in an instant by some distant, twitching finger.

Maybe we see a flash, maybe we have just enough time to
Know our fate.

Stupid insect.

Doesn't have to be sexy, I really enjoyed it! Very nicely done, and I appreciate the undertones coming to fruition in the second to last line.
 
I had a busy weekend and didn't get to taking any pictures, and this week isn't looking much better. So this shot was the first one in my [reserve] picture folder that I had an interest in sharing.

Beautiful eyes darlin'. But then again, I knew they would be. As far as your thread being the main reason that I come back to Lit everyday, it actually is. I check your thread first and then run through what ever has been updated lately.
