i have to buy new runners every year for work, but at least i can claim them back on tax. they cop a fair hiding so i've found it's best to buy good ones, even if they do cost more.

and my little guy grows out of shoes every four months, but then he isn't five yet and we all know how fast small children grow.

Bandit - the tablets were working wonderfully but for some reason the past couple of days they have done nothing.

I have tried eating dry crackers first thing in the morning - all was good until I got up and then *puke*

I am nearly at the end of the first trimester so I am hoping hoping that everything settles down then.

You ladies who got away with nothing (unless there was a funky smell hanging around - and I know what you mean there!) are so so lucky.
