well... apparently you can't drive and talk on your cell-phone at the same time (Duh!)

um... you need a permit to operate an adult entertainment club...

for some bizarre reason you have a curfew (midnite to 5am if you're under 17).... and a chimney smoke ordinance...

Oh here's a good one, there's a "no camping" bylaw designed to get rid of homeless people... gotta love the government's perpetual concern for the downtrodden.

Oh and the owner of a dog can be fined if their dog barks for more than 15 minutes straight....

And of course the loony weapon laws....

We got a cellphone one passed up here too. Personally I'm glad. My mom used to phone me on her way from one place to another and I'd hear the traffic and I'd go: "Moogie? Are you driving and phoning me at the same time?" and she'd go "Oh it's just for a minute or two, I'm paying attention...(Insert sound of honking and tires screeching here)" and I'd freak on her and tell her to hang up right away and call me when she got home!

You've got to understand, my mother is NOT a good driver to begin with... ADHD much? um yeah.

Well, I was told by their director of regional marketing that they'd stop after I told him that I was seriously considering legal action. and they did stop...until a couple of months ago when I started receiving offers from them again. So I just CALLED the guy (the offers are signed with his ASSISTANT's signature too...) and told him one more offer from them and I take it to court

Ouchies! So sorry BG. I'll hope the tests come back negative for you...or if it's anything that it's gout. One of the girls I work with (one of our perfusionists) has it and says it's usually pretty easy to control just with your diet and diabetes can just get nasty. Of course it can also be maintained, I just only see the patients that don't properly control it since I work in surgery.

Yeah that seems to be a pretty chronic problem here! I deleted all my personal info and my yahoo account details, as it literally got to the point I couldn't switch it on for all the add requests! I wouldn't mind if it was someone I'd actually spoken too!!
