A time to live and a place to die

"So, why does everything always have to be so hard?", she asked.

I guess it's to make us appreciate death.
One ache becomes two.
One pain becomes widespread.
If it were easy, no one would ever want to leave,
and we would be up to our asses in old people.

"If I go first, will you marry again?", she asked.

So many questions.
What is it you are trying to tell me?
On second thought, I don't want to know.

First, or second. Either way,
seems like a losing proposition.

Nothing But Death

...
And there are corpses,
feet made of cold and sticky clay,
death is inside the bones,
like a barking where there are no dogs,
coming out from bells somewhere, from graves somewhere,
growing in the damp air like tears of rain.
...

"How will I know when it is time?", she asked.

The time will choose us.

Please go to sleep, now.

There is something totally unnerving yet completely satisfying when killing off an ex-lover in a dream.

Bert, baby...

You're taking the Bears seasonal activity a tad too serious. It kinda gets me down.

Never the fear, my disgusting period thread is all for fun on my part. While true, I'm relieved that I don't have to endure heavy cramping and other related junk while my Clots take on the Jets. See see see there I made a funny. :)

Cheer up, I'll even send you a Cherry Cheesecake via the intrawebs thingy.

Push me out of an airplane over Patagonia or Alaska with a shotgun and a few days of food. Let me die.
.
If I don't get shot... Living in the hell of urban and suburban wasteland.

I'd love to paddle out the coast ,today. The tides will kill you.

Might be satisfying for the ex as well - when you start dreaming about topping them it's an indication you're well on the way to getting over them....?

Ah, the patter of little feet around the house. There's nothing like having a midget for a butler.

Attitude is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than what people do or say. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.

The world is getting to be such a dangerous place, a man is lucky to get out of it alive.

When we have lost everything, including hope, life becomes a disgrace, and death a duty.

Death made a housecall.

Accommodating of him, going to the office is so inconvenient.

Was that why this is?

I don't know.

What were you all doing at 3 am?

Dying.

A tough way to end the day.

Ah.

A tough way to sharpen a new day, too.

"How do you want to go?", she said.

In the hospital.
I just want the nurse to give me something.
