Do you mean walk around with a book on my head posture or something less literal?

I am a little curious as to the nature of this thread. Are you referring to posture collars perhaps? Posture is critical in all aspects of life, not just in BDSM. Posture promotes a healthy spine, reduced back pressure, etc...
Can you elaborate on this southernsub23?
ok, that is a good point. i am referring to the true people in this lifestyle.
As I have come to understand the life of Domination of a slave, slaves are often left in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time. It would cause problems with their physical well being if left out of check.
Which is why I think posture training is so important... To ensure a slave maintains good posture has two major benefits. The first being to ensure their physical well being is kept. When they have the option of giving good posture, it is the Master's job to ensure their sub administers good posture.
As I type this, I realize a second benefit. Posture takes work to maintain. If a sub or slave want to show pride in the training their Master has given them, what better way to show good posture.
I like this idea. Posture is what denotes how people feel about themselves and their place. Erotic photos where the pyl is standing or kneeling with perfect form are some of the most sensual I have seen.
I have thought and studied this considerably and think that two of some of the most important things with a Master/Slave relationship is trust and in maintaining good health.
What makes you think there are no true people with plummercrack in BDSM?
should i point out that good posture is very closely related to good core strength and healthy weight / muscle mass??
people with lousy abs or low muscle mass have worse posture than others who don't.
