There are 4 board hosts on our neighborhood BBS, and I know them, they have to spend a lot of time to check the threads, delete some posts which are against rules.

But it seems GB hosts do nothing, and I even don't know who they are.

I think you've stumbled upon a basic difference in our cultures.

Maybe, but what if some people are trying to blood the board or post ads?

We don't have free speech on this board either, If you don't agree with three main posters here you are attacked by all of their alts.

Here in the United States, we have this weird idea which we call "Freedom of Speech."

And what it means is that one can denounce the government, or even a particular government official, without fear of repercussion.

In China, obviously, there is no such concept.

So there is no need to "check threads," except for those that might be advertisements for products. And those are not very frequent.

I don't understand why those are not very frequent.

On our neighborhood BBS, there are tons of ads everyday, the board hosts have to delete them and cancel those alts.

Board hosts don't work for government and they are even not paid, so they normally don't care if someone denounces the government.

I recommend you worry about the bigger mysteries in life.

Alexandraaaaah is probably still a board host despite her getting outted for abusing her Super Powers in here.

From those chat transcripts I gather a good time held by everyone in charge of this place is drinking wine and laughing at those who argue and/or defend themselves in here. They got a kick outta Freaky Girl doing that it seems.

Note to all: Don't use one moniker to blab a story and then come in with a new moniker to defend your initial story and another to defend the defender of such. The owners are drinking wine while giggling at you with their
"invisible" mods.

I don't know how the Literotica service is in China, but if you log-in to Lit here before 6 a.m. you get a free Danish and coffee from a host.

They are frequent, but they disappear quickly.

If you saw this happen, then it's happening too slowly. Someone fell asleep at the wheel.

That's what they say.

In fact, not only do the board hosts work for the Chinese government, but most of the users do as well.

The price of rice being what it is, how can you blame anyone for making a bit of extra money as an informant?
