A new being has come out of no where suddenly capturing King Mickey and started holding him hostage. Goofy and Donald where no where in site cause they were imprisoned by this new army, the Shadow army. While all this was happening Sora and Kairi were very busy raising their newly made family.

The day after King Mickey was kidnapped; a form appeared at the front door of Sora's house looking exactly like King Mickey explaining that their kingdom was in huge trouble and needed their help. However what they didn’t know was that, that form was the King of the Shadow army. Sora willingly accepted and became general of the shadow army leading attacks against the light Kingdom King Mickey took all those years to put into peace With the Light Kingdom in chaos and Their strongest and most trusted warrior now attacking the kingdom he once protected is now destroying it, There was no one left until the fairies found a flute in King Mickey's chambers
