Alright Literos--Here's the Game: Post something about yourself that is surprisingly true, and somthing that is deliciously tricking us into thinking it might be, but it is not. Can just be two or mulitples of two, listed in no particular order. Post for the next 2 weeks; on the 24th of Oct., everybody goes back to their posts and clicks 'edit' and then adds the answers. I will go first to post the first example:
1) I used to be a model
2) I used to be a man
3) I do the MASH BASH with Alan Alda every year here, because he is my dad
4) My sister broke Emilio Estevez's leg while I was with him and his brother here
Ok--maybe I'm not as good at this one, lol--everybody guessed mine were 1&4--but when I was a kid I thought Alan alda was my father, and I often get accused of being a man because of my mind!

The danger of being a newbie: telling a story that you have already heard. The last post on Anna's thread was close to the time that I first saw the forum, and joined, so I was not familiar with it. If you think it best that I abandon it, I shall, with no hard feelings and only minor disappointments. I find such games fun at in-between times of year, and they are always a boon for newbies--a fasttrack to getting to know, and socializing with, more of the players. But anything that increases burnout for the vet members is not a good thing. I don't believe in dead-ends, only detours: if it's best to avoid these kinds of threads, I appreciate your telling me.
