Could not have said it better. Kinda "yanked" (no pun intended) by the hostile take over of the thread. Was just looking to share an experience with fellow lit members. Being attacked makes me feel cranky. Yes, I feel attacked (and cranky). I tried to provoke thought and inspire discussion, and I got slammed for it. The OP expressed in a PM that he felt I was picking on his thread in particular; I pointed out that I have been trying to press the issue of "man + woman = straight sex regardless of activity" for several years now. I didn't say anything that was not in the interest of provoking thought and fostering discussion until this comment showed up:

From my perspective, I was trying to make people think about their own definitions of sexual orientation, and I got called names for it. So yeah, I got cranky, and said some unkind things in return. I apologize to the OP for what he perceives as "hijacking" the thread (that is, trying to discuss something philosophical rather than sexual), and I have already invited him in PM to start a new thread, even by copying the OP here and pasting it, and promised to stay away from it.

I was not the one who started the name calling. Yeah, I reacted to it badly. Silver_eyes, I appreciate the thought and care you put into checking my previous posts and realizing that this was anomalous for me. Like I said, I felt attacked, and attacked in return. Really all I was trying to do was say "hey, all men have a prostate and can enjoy being fucked up the ass, but unless it's a man doing it, how is it gay sex rather than just enjoying your body?" That's all I wanted to say and talk about. Apparently nobody else wants to tackle the philosophical issue inherent in posting a story of man-on-women sex into a GLBT forum.
