Obama Bites the Heads off Chickens

If he did what you say it wouldnt be his chicken, it would be your chicken. Thats how Usual Suspects do it. They do their shit with your chicken.

Damn. Lots of Obama threads. Like this one. Made me giggle :D

I liked when Bush was president, lot more laughs back then. He was a funny guy (granted, it wasn't intentional, but watching his speaches was much like watching a floundering new comic. Came up with some good ones he did)

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." —Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004

Wonder if Obama can top that! ;)

If only he would!

Obama is getting on my nerves now. I voted for him, but damn, when is he going to whip that big black dick out and fuck a Repub?

I had hopes that he'd bitch slap Wilson after the speech the other night, but noooo, he just gave him a stern look. The guy is way too polite for times like these.

"Let's look forward not back," he says. So we let the rule of law lay idle while Obama plays his silly fuck around with The Thundering Herd of Dumbasses (DP's line:)) on health care.

REFORM! Ha and poof! He hasn't shown any grit or understanding that if he wants to LEAD this country he needs to do something dramatic, that shows he's serious.

He talked a good game, but I think we'd have been better off with Kucinich.

Okay, I'm done. Ahaa that feels better. :D

Heh.

This does point out, however, that the whacko Right is woefully misinterpreting polling numbers. Just like before the election, when they kept predicting a Conservative re-takeover because of the low approval ratings Congress received.

Obama's numbers are going down because he hasn't acted boldly enough, not because he's gone too far.

I would be cautious about predicting POTUS Barak Obama's political demise.....He's managed to win despite the odds and against the entrenched interests......(I was a Hillary volunteer, BTW).....He's proved himself more than equal to the task of managing this country.....Look at the absolute disasters he inherited on numerous fronts.......
I, for one, am giving him a chance to pull his nuts out of the fire on health care reform and support his efforts to get it done......
Yes We Can!!!!

Americans woke up and discovered that Obama and the Democrats had no plans to help them. Obama and the Democrats helped the banks, Wall Street, the unions, and now Obama is hot to help the Mexicans; and there's no help for average Americans on the horizon.

I mean, I wouldn't put it past him, really.

You yanks are fricken hilarious. I don't think obama bite the heads off chickens, but I am not sure he isn't a member of the chicken conspiracy. They are trying to take over the world, aren't they? :)

Last night I came across an interesting observation printed in a HOW TO WRITE BOOK. Every society endures a relentless struggle between the instability of the masses, the conspiracies of the elites, and the efforts of good citizens to protect the society from anarchy and tyranny.

At the moment, America is beneath the boot of the elites.

Especially the shit-talking idiots with their sissy cowboy hats! (and no cattle). I'm told they get their best ideas from a bottle.

Ah, here's one now, jabbering out his ass about something he knows nothing about.

TEX

Must be a flying saucer I see hovering around your head.

Maybe we should be calling you MORK FROM DORK.

One of the more common delusions that humans suffer from is their importance to and position in the scheme of things.

Jimmy Bob is a fine example. He undoubtedly believes himself one of the 'good' citizens, but he's actually one of the unstable masses.

Emphasis on the 'unstable'.

Excuse me, JBJ, but how would a total financial meltdown help the average American? It wouldn't. That's why Wall Street and the banks were bailed out, to avoid a massive depression. And now Obama is attempting to help average Americans by reigning in health care spending, and reactionaries like you are opposing him.

Getting back to your post, what really happened is, Americans woke up to a deluge of right wing propaganda funded by corporate America, and to a large extent, it's working. The fact that it's also working on you does bring into question your capabilities for reasoning and common sense.

Oh! DEE ZIRE!

I suspect you think I pull shit out of my ass to post, but I invest plenty of time researching topics and thinking about them. Sonia Sotomayor is the best example of this; I was pissed about her fireman decision, and when I dug up the facts of the case, and the Supreme Court precedents she was obligated to follow, I realized she was doing the best she could, and I ceased opposing her confirmation.

With the bailouts the responsibility and culpability resides across the board. Virtually everyone lost their minds and neglected their duties, from George Bush all the way down to the pinheads we pay to make our investments. The Florida Pension lost something like 60 billion dollars it wont ever see again. No one did their job, and the rest of us were sniffing drainpipes.

If the system had collapsed few of the responsible bandits and rascals would have survived the fallout, becuz there woulda been hangings. So we're back where we started. The same rascals are running things, the same regulators are looking the other way or scared for their lives, and peeps are buying up the same bloated stocks.

All that changed was each American now has $80,000 more national debt to pay off.

I look at it this way: a total financial collapse and the resulting depression would have cost many people their jobs, and consequently their property when their mortgages went into foreclosure. Multiply this exponentially and then do the math. I believe the losses to these innocent individuals would have equaled, or perhaps even been greater than the amount we're on the hook for avoiding such a calamity by bailing out the financial sector.

In this light, I see the financial bailout as a sensible approach to a senseless situation, and I see complaining about it as an infantile pursuit. I do agree that we need to hold more people accountable, but since the jerks who caused this mess are also the ones who buy the legislation in this country, (through lobbying and political donations) I don't foresee an appropriate government response.

The solution to this dilemma would be to remove money from politics, but considering the efficiency of the Right Wing Spin Machine, (paid for by corporate America) I don't see that happening either. In fact, if the Supreme Court rules in favor of corporate speech in elections, the corruption we're used to seeing will pale in comparison to what's waiting for us around the corner. The only stumbling block will be rewriting all the text books, replacing "by the people, for the people" with "by the corporations, for the corporations", but I'm sure Rupert Murdoch will find a way.

DEE ZIRE

Once upon a time in America, when English corporations strangled the prosperity of Americans, we revolted. The situation then wasnt much different from now. You and I hate corporate America, but we hate corporate America for different reasons. I simply think the best way to deal with them is to hang their boards of directors and their principal shareholders and officers.

He doesn't make many of us laugh, Tx. A great many of us would rather not see any of his posts, even in quotes. He has crossed the line too many times.

Try laughing at him. Works for me.

He's not worth laughing at. He's not someone to laugh with. He's someone that if he was on everyone's ignore list, and he never got quoted again, I would rejoice.
