What exactly is DP? I know it stands for deep penetration, but does it refer to deep penetration of the ass or pussy and what makes the penetration deep?

Ummmm yeah, for the most part DP stands for double penetration. Usually in her pussy and ass, for men on the other hand it means one in the mouth and one up the butt.

Course it is possible to get two dicks into one entrance but not all that common.

dp usually stands for double penetration, but I've occasionally seen the term 'deep penetration' used. Deep penetration is more of a fantasy concept than something that actually happens, but it's defined as penetration through the cervix into the uterus in a woman, or penetration past the bend between the rectum into the large intestine in an ass of either gender.

Well TECHNICALLY you could use the urethral canal either with a sound or if you're into the whole genital mutilation thing, after getting a inversion.

Quite true. But, the craziest two things I've ever seen was a dude getting fisted in the ass and the arm in him was half way up the forearm of the guy fisting him (not gay, burned into my mind FOREVER).

The other was a girl getting taken from behind while a 2 foot jelly dildo was threaded up her ass. Completely disappeared once or twice while she was getting fucked...

For my wife and me it's not only common to get two dicks into her pussy, it's standard fare on the menu whenever we get together with our favourite threesome partner. One of us will be fucking her doggie while the other lies under her. I find it actually more comfortable fucking her this way than when there is no man under her and sharing pussy space!

Which, of course, is asking for 9,700 different types of infections and injuries.
I'm not really sure that would be the case. The uterus is more likely to injure other parts of the body than be injured itself. It's a super powerful muscle that can stretch like a balloon.

I doubt it would be much of infection risk, anymore than normal penetration, either. Whatever germs you stick in a pussy will probably get into the uterus, anyway. ;)

Yup, the cervix is your big concern. It doesn't dilate unless you're giving birth. And actually, the uterus is a sterile environment protected by mucus on the cervix, so introducing bacteria there is just asking for trouble.

I think if you used a condom there wouldn't be much risk.

Um, no. Trying to shove a penis through a cervix is like trying to shove a penis up your nose. It doesn't fit. Except the cervix is a MUCH smaller opening than the nose. Tab A does NOT fit into Slot B. If you try to force it, you'll have much the same result as if you tried forcing a penis up your nose: major injuries. Period.

Ask a gynecologist or do research, the cervix is not a good thing to mess with. Not to mention it hurts like hell when something bottoms out and hits it. I was told by doctors and in health class that going that deep can cause health issues.
