FWIW, I've talked to LadyF on the phone. She is definitely a woman. She sounded confident and funny on the phone when I talked to her.

Saying what you need to say should not constitute a "waste of time" based on the reaction of complete strangers.

If you needed to say it and you said it, then it was time well spent.
