People are naturally schizophrenic. The construct of our 'unconscious' mind is built upon the belief that the 'unconscious' is a wild & crazy place where pretty nearly anything is imagined. And what is imagined can be coherent & rational or crazier than outhouse rats.
Our 'conscious' awareness is what filters the shit thats created by the 'unconscious.' That is, lots goes in and little is allowed out....becuz its so fucking crazy.
So the real problem is with our conscious filters. Schizophrenics, in a sense, are sleep-walkers where the conscious is unplugged and these people interact with the world thru their dreams.
I challenge anyone to distinguish catatonic schizohrenia from normal sleep where the body is naturally cataleptic. Especially kids who sleep with their eyes open or partially open.
The above cited report is chocolate coated bull shit.

TIM CROW'S WORK IS CLOSER TO MY THINKING, BUT CROW HAS BEEN ALL OVER THE COURT WITH HIS IDEAS.
The other night I watched an interview with Richard Feynman, the physicist. Feynman seemed to think that no two people experience the world the same, and we're only able to make partial sense of it because we're able to translate what comes in and goes out. That's consciousness.
