I just saw this announcement on the Geeb this morning. If you're going to be in NYC this weekend, well Saturday (5/30) night, you can get your erotic read on here:

Hi All -- So glad I found this board! I am a little late (sorry!) but my name is Monica Day -- I write erotica myself, and also host an Erotic Open Mic Night in Midtown Manhattan every other month...and it will be held this Saturday, May 30th (yes, date on website is old, but everything else is right...dang over-worked webmaster!). If you are in the area, please consider coming...and reading...and coming :) You get the picture!

Here's the info. Pass it on!

Living the Sensual Life:
An Evening of Erotic Open Mic

Where raw desire collides with expression…and explodes.

Sex, love, relationship…Anger, passion, longing… Unspoken desires, unrealized fantasies, unheard of sensual adventures…

This is the night to let them all out of the closet. Tell us in poetry, spoken word, storytelling, art, music and song. How do you take your pleasure? When does it turn to pain? How do you know the difference…and do you even care?

Living the Sensual Life invites you to make your most private moments public. To come out as the sensual being you are – or want to be. Or just be a voyeur – and listen, enjoy…get off even…on the evening’s offerings.

SATURDAY, MAY 30TH
8:30 Doors, 9:00 Show

Tagine Dining Gallery
537 9th Avenue @ 40th Street
No cover, 2 drink minimum, donation requested

Please call 917.557.3275 to reserve your space to perform or attend.

I miss out on everything. I'll be with Hugo, painting the house. Well, paint or no paint, I still wouldn't be in NYC.

Well, I'd rather go to a reading in NYC than paint a house. So there! What color?

We went to Lowes and looked at dozens of shades of white. We ended up with moonlight... something. Way too many choices for white.

hmmm sounds like a same title challenge sort of thing

hmm...
dozens of shades of white

Possible titles. You feel free to start one. You're the challenge girl. ;) Which reminds me, I need to catch up on some of your challenges.
