i came up with this last month and i honestly dont know if i heard it or what... and i just want to make sure its mine and i dont mind people using it but i wanted to make sure its not off some movie or somthing.. cas i not only write it in my songs/love letters... it started in my poetry ...

I am not sure if I am stating the obvious, but it seems to be an adaptation of the biblical reference (there are others in there as well) But as for your adaptation I think you are good, couldn't find your exact wording out there.

Lady MacBeth would not mind. She would help you out. Lecture you that protein takes out protein. Shakespeare would not remember that he wrote that line, I am pretty sure. Maybe he did not even write it. A sassy lady like yourself, perhaps.

Its from the Beatitudes, from the Sermon on the Mount. There are several versions, with Luke having only some and obviously a function of the translation.
Here's a version I used in a study I held a little while ago:

• Blessed are they who mourn: for they shall be comforted.
• Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.

The first phrase in yours does express the concept a bit differently.
The Bible is not copyrighted, so there are no legal concerns there.
As to originality, feel free to claim it. There is little that is truly original, but we may come to something much like someone else's on our own. I have developed some algorithms which are based on my thoughts and analysis. Subsequent study reveals similar solutions to the general problem under consideration. Similar observations are applicable for poetry.
