So far today... Senator Arlen Specter leaving the GOP.

Along with this they had Michelle Bachman shooting herself in the foot.

Then the pigs came home to roost for the GOP's nay vote on flu/epidemic preparedness funding in the stimulus package.

And then we got to hear the GOP's Uncle Tom making an idiot of himself trying to defend the GOP's pandemic preparedness veto.

Not wanting to miss the ride on the crazy bus, Mitch McConnell whined and bitched about how Arlen Specter's defection put the entire country at risk.

And then Rush Limbaugh, Mr. Crazy Bus himself (did he eat everyone who jumped on him?), burst a blood vessel today when he told Senator Arlen Specter to take McCain and his daughter with him.

And if that wasn't enough, Pat Buchanan jumped off the crazy bus and warned that the GOP is becoming a "heavily caucasians-only party".


This was worse than the accident I got stuck behind today when an oil truck crashed today in Sacramento. (Yeah, it was one hell of a crash, folks. Truck almost went over the bridge. Nice long oil slick and everything. Evil smelling shit, I tells ya.) Fuckin' ay.

I'm not sure if Amicus could be labeled a Republican. I used to know what a republican was and what they stood for:

A White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP) who:
Belonged to a country club that did not admit: people of color except to shine shoes, cook. or wash dishes

Didn't believe in paying taxes (too much money for government which was useless anyway)

Did believe in gun ownership

believed in Police protection (lawnorder is important)

Knew that they were the superior species....because their daddies were rich....

Thought that public education was a tremendous waste of money.....(once they get old enough, put em in the fields)

Yearned for the day that they could assume the mantle of leadership.....
