Twilight OoC/ Discussion thread

So I assume this is to be set at Harvard?
 
sorry for my abscence, i had a lot going on during spring break then i felt like total crap this week and just dealt with a killer migraine last night

but i've already pretty much hashed out my first post and as long as it doesn't clash with anything else I'll go with that.

in general my work hours are flexible so i can post more often, but i tend to not post over the weekend. I have no probelm sticking to a two post per day limit.

am going to post to the IC then move on to my other threads, unless my head explodes again or lunch arrives.

Bio/history: Jasper Hale (born Jasper Whitlock) is the adopted son of Carlisle and Esme, adoptive brother of Edward, Emmett, and Rosalie, and husband of Alice. He was born in Texas and joined the Confederate States Army in 1861 to serve in the Civil War. Due to his extremely charismatic personality, he ascended through the ranks quickly. Jasper was turned into a vampire in 1863 by a vampire named Maria when he was 20 years old. As a vampire, he gained the ability to manipulate the emotions of those around him. Recognizing his high rank in the army, Maria decided to change him into a vampire to help her claim territory in Monterrey. Jasper's responsibility was to train young vampires and then kill them when they were no longer useful (about a year after their transformation- when their strength began to fade). After about a century of this, he grew weary of the lifestyle and joined an old friend, Peter, and his mate Charlotte. Jasper left the two eventually, not wanting to feed on humans because he could feel his prey's emotions as they died. Alice, foreseeing that they would be together, met him in a half-empty diner in Philadelphia, and together they sought out the Cullen family. Due to his past, where he was able to feed on humans whenever he chose, Jasper lacks strong self-control.

Bio/history: Early in his life he lost both of his parents in a horrible car accident, and was left at an orphanage. It was here that his Esper abilities began to manifest themselves, and he gained the attention of those people who would rather keep things like his supernatural abilities, as well as the existence of super natural beings such as vampires, werewolves, and other such beings secret. As a result of his unusual abilities, he was trained to become a fighter of justice, to keep humanity from realizing the frightening things that surrounded it and as a result tearing itself apart.
While he may look like a rebel and act like on in his personal life, when it comes to being a slayer, he has a set of rules as to what is wrong, what is right, and what needs to be done. He doesn't like to see women in dangerous places like around monsters, and while he'll try to avoid a scene, he'll also step up to try and save them, even if they don't really want to be saved. He has a wide assortment of gear at his disposal to complete his job, but in order to keep his job and personal life separate he dons a pair of glasses in the day, just like superman.
Abilities: Can block entry into his mind, minor telepathy, ESP.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral

It's fine, we're still waiting for Bella to post anyways, we can't really move the story along if she doesn't post...well we could but...yeah, that wouldn't be very nice.
 
If someone is like "Hey, who's that guy under the tree. I should go talk to him" we could post on that story.

Yes, we were attempting to wait for our Bella but since she hasn't posted, not even while I was gone. I will have to take her spot, which I have no problem doing. I'll post as Bella in a little while.
