In general I agree, but I have noticed some exceptions. There are certain body types that almost always tend to have small cocks. Men with soft flabby bodies that resist excersize. I can spot this body type right away.

Having said that, for most males that fall within more normal body types I have not noticed any relationship between body size and cock size.

A soft flabby body that resist exercise might be consistent with a high estrogen or low testosterone level or testosterone insensitivity, which in turn might be consistent with less dick development. That's just guesswork though.
