Daily Word Count

I am coming out of a very long hybernation as a writer and I'm off to a great start. Aside from personal writing (journals, meditations, etc), comunications (posts, letters, greeting card fillers etc) and whatnot, my word count for today was 4,674. Seemed like a decent place to stop for the day.

What was yours? (or have you been to busy procrastinating at the boards? lol)

I'm just picking up today. I figure I did about 200 words today. Meh. I'm doing this on my off-time when not at home and I do this by hand, not typing.

I sat down at my 'puter this morning intending to dash off a few thou' words...I kept being interrupted by my DW until I finally gave up. *sigh* RL is every writers curse.

I edited 15,000 words of someone else's book today. Does that count for anything?

I edited my 10k word Earth Day story today, but I would have rather been making stuff up.
