Am seeing Watchmen with a friend tonight, then cleaning and purging for the weekend. I have WAY too much clutter.

unfortunately i've only heard bad reviews for the watchmen... but i still have hope that it's actually really fantastic and all reviewers are idiots. tell me what you think of it!
and de-cluttering is very therapeutic for me... as you might remember i threw out a whole heap of crap last month.. ahh *content*

I've got my girls this weekend. It's supposed to start being spring-like weather, so hopefully we can get outside and do something fun... though there will probably be some Wii time involved as well.

oh nice! it's been raining for days here... i love the cooler weather

cricket here is pretty big... i can't stand watching test matches but 20/20 games are shorter so it's a faster paced game and the batsmen take bigger risks with smashing the ball etc so it's a little more exciting to watch...

it's all about the booze really.

i'm on the wagon as of last saturday night's effort... when you black out and wake up in your cold bath water at 5am it sort of scares you back into place.

but i AM having an early st pat's party tonight... and it wouldn't be very festive of me if i didn't at least have the rest of the peppermint baileys i have in my alcohol cupboard (yes, there's a cupboard)

...but i'm leaving the white wine in the fridge well alone

...and the scotch... and the drambuie... and the bourbon...

fuck! what a stupid time of year to jump on the freakin wagon!!!!
