Incidentally, that's an ocean yacht on the cover, as Jim well knows. Your knowledge of yachts is probably similar to Ace's knowledge of planes (what you two have read on Wikipedia).

:D I can tell you don't live near a real ocean. That's just a weekend sailboat--and a pretty small one at that. That ain't no yacht. :D

The links you give are for the Kindle Store.

Kindle IS Amazon.

What is your obsession with Amazon, anyway? As if?

Now that B&N has purchased FW, they may just give your worshipped superstore more than a run for their money... I'm not betting on Amazon, frankly. They suck ass, for the most part. Just like you, Viagramazon!

I think Sarahh's obsession is that Amazon is the only place you can buy her four-year-old self-published print-on-demand book. She can't really be blamed for (unsuccessfully) trying to make that relevant to erotica sales.

Is that the case s/he was trying to make?

I'm still waiting for he/r to give us the sales numbers. I'd love to hear what s/he sold from the Almighty Amazon over the last four years. I'd bet you our ebooks for 2nd-4th quarter last year alone outsold he/r in numbers.

And yet, the deaf will not hear, the blind will not see...

The numbers wouldn't mean much to me. I've already noted that there was an Amazon scam around the time of her book release of simply buying enough yourself to send your sales number impressive--and half of them tried to return the books upon delivery. The other half kept them for resale. You only had to buy 50 copies to get under the 100,000 ceiling.

Do you suppose that Sarahh just didn't know that the Kindle Store was Amazon's e-book outlet? My, that would be rich. :D

I can't do it. I can't stay away.

Just how big is your dingy, Ace? We can wait while you go get a ruler and walk all the way to your bathtub to measure it for us.

Why the hell would you have gone back into edit that post and throw in the word weekend for your disciption of the sailboat? Did it make you feel a little more superior? If someone invited me to his yacht that size, I'd call it a yacht, too.

You are an arrogant son-of-a-bitch for someone who spent the morning in church. I'm glad you aren't teaching my children anything.

It's still beyond me why you blatantly lie about something that any reader here can go check out for themselves easily, Sarahh. Kindle is part of Amazon.com. Most of these titles have been available through the Kindle store for months. All anyone need do is click on the URLs Selena has given.

Why should I talk to you, Ace, when I can talk to your queen? You don't know diddly-squat about much of anything. She does, especially about the art of the scam. Although she doesn't interact with the people on this thread she hates, like scouries, BFW, and me unless she can frame it in the manner of a cheap shot. You know what, Ace, she doesn't like you all that much either. You just can't see it, the way she manipulates you with alts, and otherwise.

But I'll get back to you, Ace, when I'm bored. I want to hear more from your queen at the moment.

Because you have an obsession? Is this a trick question? I didn't ask you to talk to me--and I certainly don't care if you stop doing it. :D

I threw in the word "weekend" because there are some sailboat yachts. This just isn't one of them. I was trying to be more precise--and stave off hecklers like you going for the oblique.

For you to follow every post/correction of mine certainly says something about your obsessions, doesn't it, sport? :D

I'll do my best to continue doing this for you.

(I guessed you missed the part about where the class was an adult class. You know if you just could absorb what was actually posted, that little vein at the side of your neck wouldn't throb so painfully.)

You know what, Ace, she doesn't like you all that much either. You just can't see it,

Oh, I know Selena isn't all that fond of me. I guess that doesn't bother me as much as it does for you to know that she isn't fond of me--but is even less fond of you (for good reason, I can clearly see).

I don't go in for team sports much--even on Internet chat boards. Just call 'em the way I see 'em. And I don't let it get to me. (Knowing that it gets to you and others is half my fun.)

And as I've noted to you before, all of your trouble with me was by your choice. I left you alone until you opened up on me. Stopping it is also your choice. Always has been.

Sarahh, I'm also concerned about the 13 year old niece of the chick from Michigan who colors with crayons. Don't you think that's kind of old for someone to be proud of their drawing?

At 13, I was in highschool. Don't you think she should be babysitting, or something like that, maybe for Selena's baby? I wonder if the niece knows her aunt's been offering up her services on a porn site. Don't you think the chick from Michigan should be more worried about her family's abilities than trying to defend the likes of SR71plt/Sunday-Friday School Teacher, who has nothing to do on Saturdays, so he writes erotica?

LMFAO. You never quit with the scamming.

The links you give are for the Kindle Store. His e-books haven't made it over to the Amazon.com site yet. Yours have been there for awhile. His still don't show "Other Editions: Kindle Edition" and do show "Tell the Publisher! I'd like to read this book on Kindle."

What I suspect is that when the subject came up several days ago, you rushed to get his e-books listed on on Amazon. Even if you did it before that, the fact remains they are not listed at Amazon.com. Of course, now I know they will be soon.

Funny Ace had no clue about what's going on. You got some publishing consultant there. How in the world did you talk him into giving you all the profits on the sale of his books?

For anyone who wants to readily see what I'm talking about, go to Amazon.com and enter Selena Kitt. Her books and Ace's books are listed together because she does his cover design (for all his profits, apparently). If you click on her books it will show "also available in Kindle Edition." If you click on his books like "Cruising Through History" it will not say that and further indicate "I'd like to read this book on Kindle."

But you better hurry, because it will soon indicate on Amazon.com that Ace has a Kindle (e-book) available for sale.

Yes, Kindle is Amazon in a manner of speaking. Just as CreateSpace is Amazon in a manner of speaking. Although they are distinct entities. But once you put a book on Kindle or CreateSpace it takes some time to get it listed on Amazon. Not long. Probably days. It takes maybe a couple weeks to get a book printed by Lightning Source (major Amazon competitor) to get listed on Amazon.com. So it's going to quicker for a book to go from Kindle or CreateSpace to Amazon.com. And Ace's e-books (Kindle) still aren't there.

Now, what's the next subject on the agenda? Let's move on...............

Give up the nonsense, Sarahh. To find an author's books you put in the author's name or the books name at Amazon. You do that on my books under "books," you get the paperback edition. Do that at the Kindle Store and you get the e-book edition. You have been given URLs here and you don't seem to be able to even click on a link properly (and if you had clicked on any but the forthcoming book at the Kindle URLs Selena gave you, you would have seen something like "you can have it in minutes" bolded across the top). The books that I then had went to the Kindle Store in the original eXcessica submission to both CreateSpace and the Kindle Store and have been added to as they have become available (in fact they are projected out to the next couple of releases). My books were on both CreateSpace and Kindle at the same time Selena's were and fourth quarter 2008 sales have been reported on them from both CreateSpace and Kindle sales.

I know you are just eaten up with jealousy on that, but this is your problem really. No reason to continue lying about it and making up convoluted "evidence."

I can't help it if you are embarrassed about publishing practically nothing yourself and of missing the boat entirely on where erotica sales are. Turn your energy to actually producing something of your own, girl, and stop jawing about what other people already have out there.

Nobody reading this thread is fooled by your shell game. (Except maybe Freddie and bsergi1--and they started out as fools. so they didn't have so far to go.)

*Shrug* Those looking for my books at Amazon can find them in the normal way--and they are available now and have been available upon release. No problem for me if you choose to pretend otherwise. I don't figure you in my reader base anyway.

(I have added to this, by the way, to keep bsergi1 interested in the thread.)

Yep, sarahhh's a perfect addition to this thread. Now we have someone to carry the torch of embarrasing him/herself by not knowing anything and spouting absurdities when he's off working his shift mucking out the fryers at the local fish n' chips joint.

Order now, and you get their pack of equally absurd alts too!

Hey, well thanks. It wasn't really research, just common sense.

I have no idea what Ace is talking about, and neither does he.

Anybody can go to Amazon.com and see his e-book (Kindle) is not available for sale there yet. But I suspect it will be soon.

The mistake his queen made in attempting to make me look stupid is she got too itchy on the trigger finger. If she had waited until his book was listed on Amazon, it would have been so much more believable.

She is smart, but not as smart as she thinks she is. Her lackey Ace is about as bright as a black hole. But then, he is her publishing consultant, so he says, and an author of a book on publishing.

Cruising Through History - Kindle edition (EBOOK - hello?!)

They're all there, you know.

Man's Man (Kindle)

Tropical Sizzlers
(Kindle)

Across the Threshold
(Kindle)

Even his latest:

Blue Roses Tattoo (Kindle)

You can even PREORDER his Ebooks, dude!

Dance of the Ravishers
(Kindle)

BTW, your numbers were off in all your strange little Create Space calculations, because authors, when ordering proofs or author copies, don't pay full price, they pay cost.

Repeat, all ya gotta do is point and click--and order, Sarahh. Ya can point and click, can't ya?

(Geez, talk about clueless.)

:D:D:D

(Can do this all day. This here's free publicity.)

You apologize this instant to Drone, Sarahhh. Drone is much more the queen than any woman.

Hi, it’s Gabby again!

QUOTE darkboy So much for the scouries' computer system. It's already choked and lost my name after only a few weeks

Oh no my dear, didn’t you hear, the most recent computer rankings had you 0.074 above the “mentally challenged” line. Congratulations. Now I know it’s difficult but try to post as smart as you can in the next few weeks so you can consolidate your new position.

QUOTE ace  I'll certainly take that as a compliment.

Well we’re certainly glad you do! Its always best to try to accept who you are.

And both Jim and I are sorry about your condition. Certainly most of the members in your little circle were born “mentally challenged” so its hard to feel too bad for them.

But at one time you weren’t “mentally challenged” and I must say we we’re both saddened to see how far you’ve fallen

Dr. Kravitz (who helped set up the parameters for measuring “mentally challenged-ness” when we programmed the computer) was on the boat with us today and we asked him how it was possible for someone to deteriorate so much.

“Male model, gay spies have been shown to suffer the first signs of dementia much earlier than normal folks,” he told us. “We don’t know exactly why but it’s been shown that the pressure of living with a secret life for so many years leads to early death of cognitive brain neurons.”

“Can he be cured?” I asked the good doctor.

“Perhaps but I must say its very unlikely,” he advised us.

Anyway mr pilot  we wish you all the best and hope you’re one of the lucky ones who improves. If so the computer will advise us.

Until then I ask that any correspondence you have with ScouriesWorld be directed to my attention. Unfortunately the boss doesn’t deal with the “mentally challenged”.

Funny, the searches I did on Amazon listed the author and title of the book, available in paperback or e-book. Some authors from excessica do not yet have any books available in paperback and those authors are only listed with e-book titles, available for the AMAZON KINDLE reader. I had to go four pages into the results to find other authors when I did a search of Selena's name.

Any e-books, even those not yet available for sale on excessica are listed on Amazon.com for the Kindle reader. I did a search of several different authors from excessica and elsewhere and found a whole slew of titles that say "available for pre-order" and then give the date it'll be automatically downloaded to the AMAZON KINDLE reader.

What part of "Kindle is AMAZON" do you not understand? No one else makes the KINDLE reader besides Amazon. It's not a "manner of speaking", KINDLE IS PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED BY AMAZON, plain and simple.

Yes, there are other e-book readers out there, but again, the KINDLE is produced by Amazon. You can also download blogs from around the web, newspapers and magazines to the AMAZON KINDLE reader.

Further, all my e-books show as being available for the AMAZON KINDLE reader and two of them that haven't been released through excessica yet show in a search for the AMAZON KINDLE reader as well and again they have the "available for pre-order" and "will be automatically downloaded" listed beside the titles.

It's not a matter of her rushing out to list them there just to prove you wrong, they've been there for weeks. Usually a day or two after she puts an e-book up on the coming soon page for excessica, they appear on the AMAZON site for pre-order for the KINDLE reader.

I can't help but wonder what your argument is here. Your mindless, clueless bantering is fun to watch though.

To repeat, Ace's e-book is not listed at Amazon.com as of a few minutes ago. Google on "Amazon.com" and key in Selena Kitt as I said, and you will find "Cruising Through History" by habu (Ace). Can you buy it as an e-book (Kindle) from Amazon.com? No, not yet. But it won't be long. I'll let you know when. You can Google on "Kindle Store" and find Ace's e-book listed, just as you can go to the Kindle Store via the link that Queen eXcessica provided.
