I will do that. I think it was Wings and bequ I was planning to get together with. Can't remember who else. Although I think I saw that bequ had help and is all set now.

I told her in PM to let you know - as of earlier this week she was still undecided - I told her that since she lives close she didn't need to stay at the hotel, but she would still need to let you know for the rest of the info

Doesn't every room have an internal dead lock? if thats locked your key aint getting you nowhere...

Nope, and I'm sure if she ends up having a few drinks we can find her a couch or extra bed to crash in if need be.
She will need to PM one of us though for the hotel information.
Although she has expressed interest, please remember detailed information isn't to be given out. Not that we don't trust her, but privacy issues as sarahh sent yesterday.
Oh ... and ya'll will know me as soon as you see me on Thursday. My sweatshirt will say it all.
