Guys and gals....sometimes pix are posted on Lit without careful editing.... What unexpected items have you seen in Lit pix?

I once saw a Bible on the shelf at the head of the bed where a lovely naked lady was posing

On another occasion I saw the binder-edge of a big telephone book (Cleveland) on the shelf of a nightstand next to the chair where a fella was doing himself.....

but composition speaks as much as the subject. For instance, I get distracted when I see a photo of someone in a messy room. Somehow, when the surroundings are nice and simple the subject is more pronounced.

That is the most common "failing" with amateur pics! For the love of god, tidy up before getting your camera out!

I have seen alot of random stuff in some of these photos like a bible, family pics, a blackberry

I agree with my fellow posters, backgrounds can be very distracting.

I'm always stuck on checking out what's on the person's desk or floor when it's messy or something identify like family pics

But I guess it also adds to the amateur feel of the pics...

I like the pictures that have bongs, pipes, roaches, etc.

I also find myself looking at furniture - more than once I've thought "Hey, I have that headboard!"

Yah, the pic we posted took us a WHILE to do. There was always something in the way....keys....clothes....boxes.....the wall infront of me in the pic had all posters and notes and stuff before we took it.

Yes, it's rough....but carefully examining the posted pix can be very interesting....I also once saw an open condom wrapper on a bed-stand....

I agree on the tidying part, at the very least crop it or something. I take great care croping and adjusting light levels in my pictures. No I have'nt posted any yet, we have a dinosaur of a dial-up line.
