Secret and I had ordered a few shirts off CafePress, and they arrived today . Just a little while ago, I had to head up to the store for the evenings refreshments. I decided to wear my brand new black eXcessica T-shirt. What the hell.

I'm standing in line to pay out, a four-pack of Mike's Pomegranate Martinis and a six-pack of Paulaner Salvatore in hand. The woman ahead of me is waiting patiently for her turn, as she's standing there, she casually turns this way and that. Finally, she notices my shirt.

"What's eXcessica?"

"We're an online publishing company."

She thinks for a second, then asks, "You mean, e-books?"

"Yeah. We have books available in print, too."

"Oh," she said, and then came the real question: "What kind of books?"

I smiled. "They're for decidedly adult tastes."

"Hmm." She turned away, set her boxes of Lean Cuisine on the conveyor and paid for them. Just as she was about to leave, she looks back at me and asks one last question.

"Is that the name of the website?" she asks, indicating my shirt.

"Yep. look it up. Make sure you look for Gabriel Daemon and Leighann Phoenix."
