Well it really should be addressed. I mean, my character's acceptence barely made sense, but it made a lot more sense than that.

Well, Ronan did give a "what the fudge?" response to seeing her stroll in there, but I can't do much more then that with my characters in the IC thread.

I was wondering about that myself after reading it.
My thoughts...

I was planning (after everyone gets in there) to have the Titans go on their first true survey of the city the next day. Perhaps something takes place during then that Tymeless' char could take part in, gain the trust of the group helped, and from that become part of the Team? That way there's a little more explination, and we don't have to go through the whole intro yet again.

That doesn't address why she was able to just walk in in the first place, though.

Well, there's a couple ways we could approach this problem.

The simplest is probably having Tymeless edit the first post to her simply reaching the Tower and doing a second one which addresses her dealing with the security systems as she attempts to gain entrance. If she was a late arrival whom they weren't sure would show, then she may know of a way to contact those inside from the outside, or perhaps someone like Phantasm can first do a post where she senses Lois and allows her entrance?

Another is my earlier idea of having it that Ravenor messed with the security system between the time skip. The third is for Tymeless to edit so her character can simply wait outside until whatever GV has planned for Anna's appearance at the Tower, since that would allow the first meeting to actually happen without making Ravenor appear like more of a security risk then he already is.

Anyway, those are my thoughts on the issue. And I do like Lily's suggestion as a possible idea for day 2, so it's not just the team hanging around the Tower until the sleepover/party happens.

Well, since GV is AWOL and most of the others don't seem to have any suggestions, I'm gonna continue pushing for my idea of you editing your first post so Lois is simply arriving and sniffing around the outside of the Tower. From there, if Wyld can do a Phantasm (since she makes the most sense for doing it) post or two where she notices your character, talks to her and finally takes it upon herself to invite Lois inside to meet everyone, then that would help to better transition her into the mix without delaying the first team meeting or causing questions about how she got through the security.

That's assuming Wyld's fine with this and nobody else has any complaints? *poke, poke*

I didn't realize I needed to make a suggestion. I thought it was fairly obvious that she should just arrive now, not some arbitrary time before with no one noticing. Unless it had been discussed with another player by having their character let her in during that time.

You don't need to, but if nobody else has any to offer, then I'm going to push my own so we can try to get past this road bump and continue the thread with as few unnecessary IC sidetracks as possible.

I agree that she should just be showing up now rather then having been there for a while, unless somebody else had invited her in during the time skip, but I'm not sure who would do it.

The Phantasm part is more so we don't have to delay the meeting between the new team further then we already have. Bad enough Ravenor interrupted the introductions without another surprise arrival possibly doing the same by causing team members to rush out of the meeting over someone trying to get into the Tower.

History:She is Dr. Feel Good's only successful attempt at cloning and he kept her there for observation as his failures have made for useful post-mortem analysis and give him little need to take her life for science quite yet. Not that he has much of a choice in the matter any more. About six months ago, the Queen of Spades became suddenly enamored of the novelty of having a 'mermaid' as a pet.

Her life has been fairly short due to her growth being rapidly accelerated for practical observation purposes and before the Queen acquired her most of said life was spent in a tank. But Dr. Feel Good did take time to educate her(in order to see how readily she grasped academic basics and then more advanced pursuits) and she wasn't foolish enough to refuse what Her Majesty wanted. She is fully aware of how tenuous her existence is in such a position, but the only alternative she knows is just as perilous to her health. So for now, she is content to play the part of dutiful puppet.

Personality: She is utterly apathetic and rarely speaks. Just surviving with no thought for tomorrow. This is more or less because of the fact that she's never developed any sort of positive or negative emotional attachment to anyone. Unless she is given no choice, she will leave people alone. She is a danger to the easily seduced and is very fond of drowning her victims.

Sexuality: who knows... she's had lovers of both sexes but only because they initiated it. She has yet to actually find someone to draw her gaze.
Hobbies and Interests: music and red m&m's
Dislikes: drying out, butterscotch, assumptions that because she's so silent she must be stupid, and clothes.... they feel weird on her ..plus she has no shame and will quite often walk around in nothing or a loin cloth.... any shock she may receive will just amuse her.
