Library Thread? What's that?

I was reading CrimsonMaiden's sig and there's something there about the "Library Thread" in Author's Hangout.

I wonder what the Library Thread's about. I did a search and didn't come up with it. Is it one of the sticky threads?

That's really good stuff. I got off just on seeing how it's organized. I dunno, to me it looks more helpful to me than the FAQ at the main site (which are good, don't get me wrong). I guess it's the "from authors to authors" way about it.
