What the hell is wrong with this lady? She is putting her rent deposit at the top of her priority list FFS! Child protection services need to be informed of this woman and the environment in which her children have to live in.
Maybe it is the liquor or the drugs, perhaps a little of both, but for a "Parent" to allow their children to spend even one night in that type of environment, that Parent needs to lose their children!

Just so you know excessive vermin in the presence of children IS considered child neglect, if you have no idea what state this woman is in you can also contact the national children services and they will find her.
